- How can I check my repair status?
- Once you confirm a repair, it will be assigned a unique repair id and you will be able to see progress of your repair online.
- What about warranty?
- We provide 1-year limited warranty for all our services. Extended warranty may be available on per case basis. After the repair is completed, you will be presented with all available options.
- I do not have a box, how should I send my device to you?
- We can supply a box and a shipping label for an additional cost.
